THE GREENBRIAR RANCH:

Private back woods lodging with modern comforts including central air and heat adjoining Pike State Forest and 1.8 miles from Pike Lake and only 20 minutes from Chillicothe.  We have 22 acres of privacy that adjoins just under 13,000 acres of Pike State Forest!!
Our Greenbriar Ranch has all amenities and is decorated in a pleasing southwest decor and will sleep 8 comfortably.  We have extensively decorated the home like our own.
 
The Ranch offers a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials including: Coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster, microwave, can opener, wine glasses, all utensils, all dishes, linens, pots and pans.
Large cathedral living room with rock wall fireplace, DVD, Satellite TV, NEW large flat screen TV,  Queen sleeper sofa, 1 log rocker, 1 regular rocker, 1 log chair, end tables, throw blankets, games, puzzles, magazines and a special area that is just for kids that includes toys, books and small rocker.
Full dining room with seating for 8, including a bar with 2 log stools.

MASTER BEDROOM:   "The Cowboy": King size log bed with memory foam. Self setting alarm clock, Stereo, DVD, VHS, Satellite TV,  ceiling fan, robes, iron and board, beach towels, twin-size roll a-way and extra bedding in closet. There is also a full attached bath with all linens and amenities including shampoo, conditioner, facial soap and hand soap!
 
QUEEN BEDROOM:    "The Wolf": with robes, TV, DVD, extra bedding and ceiling fan, radio - alarm clock, end tables, extra box fan in closet. (there is no satellite TV in this room).

FULL BEDROOM:    "The Bear": with robes, extra bedding, ceiling fan, radio - alarm clock, end tables and bed-rail in closet for the youngsters. Stuffed Mr. Bear is at the end of the bed to greet you as you enter the door.

2ND FULL BATH: There is another full bath between the smaller bedrooms that includes all linens, shampoo, conditioner, facial soap and hand soap.

All you really need to bring is your clothing and food. An outdoor gas grill is provided on the large back deck overlooking the woods with seating for 8 that includes a outdoor couch, 2 chairs, 2 end tables, butt buckets and bar table with 4 chairs with enough seating for up to 8. There is also a charcoal grill located just off from the deck for those who like it a little more primitive (charcoal not provided).

We also supply some items out of courtesy to our customers:
Shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, popcorn and FREE video leasing. FREE use of disks for Frisbee Disk Golf at Pike Lake.  We also supply 1 roll tissue paper, 2 trash bags, dish soap and hand soap, we ask that you may want to bring other essentials like paper towels, dish soap, tissue paper and trash bags.
